Source — All data is sourced directly from SEC EDGAR 8-K filings. Non-traded BDCs are required to disclose quarterly repurchase activity as a material event. We monitor all 8-K filings from the 25 largest non-traded BDCs within 24 hours of filing.

Gating threshold — A fund is marked "Gated" when redemption requests exceed its quarterly repurchase cap (typically 5% of NAV) and the fund fulfills requests on a pro-rata basis. "Near Cap" means requests fell between 4% and 5% of NAV.

Data confidence — Rows marked with a confirmed source have been verified against the primary SEC filing. Unconfirmed rows are estimated from industry aggregates and marked accordingly.

Coverage — IlliquidIQ currently tracks non-traded BDCs with NAV above $500M. Expanding to full universe of 47 non-traded BDCs in Q2 2026.
